Pool maintenance and equipment records
Poolean keeps repairs, scheduled maintenance, and parts requests for each pool. Scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag to open an equipment record on your phone.
What you can do
- Track repair orders for each pool.
- See scheduled work in three groups: Overdue, Due now, and Upcoming.
- Track requests for chemicals and parts.
- Scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag to open an equipment record. If the QR code is hard to scan, tap the tag instead.
- Open equipment details, checklists, and history for your assigned pools. They are saved on your phone and refresh when you are connected.
- Save notes and photos with no signal. They upload when your connection returns, and pending uploads are marked.

Who uses it
Supervisors follow repairs and scheduled maintenance across the pools assigned to them. Their equipment details, checklists, and history are saved on their phone, so they can use them without a signal.

Can I open equipment details without a signal?
Yes. Equipment details, checklists, and history for your assigned pools are saved on your phone. They refresh automatically when you are connected.
How do I open an equipment record?
Scan the equipment’s QR code, or tap its NFC tag. If the QR code is hard to scan, tap the NFC tag instead.
What happens to notes and photos I add with no signal?
They stay on your phone with the time you entered them. They upload on their own when your connection returns, and pending uploads are marked so you can see what has not gone through yet.
Where do I see overdue and upcoming work?
In the Maintenance tab of the supervisor home. The list is split into Overdue, Due now, and Upcoming.
